How far in advance should I inquire with Swoon for my wedding or event?
If you are getting married or having an event during “peak” wedding months (May-October) we suggest booking 6-12 months in advance, as our calendar fills up quickly and we take a limited number of events each month. We do our best to accommodate every person who inquires, so don’t hesitate to send us an email or give us a call.
Please note! We do not hold dates without a 25% retainer fee and a signed contract!
What services do you offer?
Swoon offers full service floral design as well as event design and styling.
How does your pricing work?
Our pricing varies based on types and season of flowers used, complexity of design and types of vessels + vases used. Every wedding, event, and arrangement is customized to fit each client’s style, needs, and aesthetic.
We do have a $3,500 minimum for full service wedding design (May-mid October). Our minimum does not apply to elopements, weddings with a guest count of 60 or less, birthday parties, engagement parties, baby showers, etc. If you are wondering where your event falls on our spectrum please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you do events outside of the Portland Metro Area?
Yes! We love to travel! We have done weddings in Seattle, Hood River, Eastern Washington, Bend, Salem, + Oregon’s Wine Country. We would love to work wherever your dream setting may be.

What should I bring to my consultation?
Color swatches, pictures that inspire you, pictures or descriptions of wedding party attire, and any other information that you think would be helpful for us to create beautiful floral for your event. You can also send us a link to your Pinterest board. We love hearing about all the little details you have been planning for your big day!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal check, and credit cards (processing fee does apply).
