What is the difference between an event designer and an event planner?

Good question! I’m so glad you asked. An event designer handles the aesthetic elements of your wedding, or what your wedding will look like. Think stationery, table settings, linens, lounge areas, etc.  An event planner (or wedding planner) will handle the logistics of your wedding. Think timelines, vendor contracts, ceremony rehearsal, tricky family dynamics...etc. 

So, does Swoon offer wedding planning as well?

At this time, we do not. The aesthetic details are where we excel, but we can recommend some fabulous planners to help facilitate that part of the day (and we strongly suggest you hire one.) 

What is the benefit of hiring Swoon for event design?

One of the biggest benefits of hiring Swoon for event design, is ensuring that your wedding will be cohesive from the moment guests receive their invitation, to the the time they sit down for dinner. We will create details that you and your guests will never forget.
